For appointments please use the booking links above & please select the correct location for your appointment.

Monday- 9.30am- 2.30pm
Thursday & Friday- 9.30am-8pm

Booking Policies
​
To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone, I kindly ask that you take a moment to read through my booking policies.
As I am a self employed small business owner, non-confirmations, reschedules and cancellations impact me greatly. For this reason Please respect my booking policies before booking appointments with me.

Booking Confirmation and Reminders:
Once your appointment is successfully booked, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your appointment details. Additionally, you will be sent a reminder 72 hours before your appointment, if you need to reschedule reply to this message or call/text 0455165489

Booking Fee:
​​
To secure your appointment, a booking fee of 15-25% of the total service value is required at the time of booking.
This fee will be credited towards your final bill, it is Non-Refundable. For this reason I ask that you secure appointments when you are certain you would like one. Large appointments lock in my time and restrict others from making appointments which can make it hard to fill at late notice.

Bookings made in person/phone will recieve a text confirmation to pay your booking fee.
Please note your booking is NOT confirmed until this has been paid.
you have within 10 days from time of booking to secure your future booked appointment or to send a message requesting for it to be cancelled.

Unconfirmed bookings after this time will be automatically cancelled.
This then allows the space to be given to someone else.
You will recieve a reminder prior to the appointment being cancelled.
Booking Fees are non refundable, however they can be moved to a future booking if 48 hours notice is given.
If cancelled or no show they act as the cancellation fee.

Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment no problem, however please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Your booking fee can be credited to a rescheduled appointment as long as this notice is given. Reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiting your booking fee.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your appointment, I ask that you notify me as early as possible.
I appreciate your understanding that frequent cancellations may prevent you from being able to rebook in the future.

No-Shows:
I understand that emergencies can happen, but no-shows are disruptive to my business,schedule and other clients. If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, you will not be allowed to rebook with me.

Salon etiquette & My service to you

I endeavor to treat you with respect and kindness in my salon, abusive or intolerable behaviour will not be tolerated and I reserve the right to reject & cancel any appointment that I feel is not best suited to my space or other clients within the salon.

I will always be honest with you about my capabilities, there is some work that I do not offer, if I feel I am not the right stylist for you with what you are requesting, I will happily recommend you to a stylist I believe can better meet your expectations with a particular service.

Please arrive on time for your appointment, I appreciate we can all be late sometimes and I will do my best to fit in the service you have booked in for. However if you are very late we may need to reschedule. I will always aim to text you if I am running more than 15 minutes behind.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your hair or service that I have provided, please reach out to me, I will always try my best to rectify the outcome for you.

Accepted Payment-

Credit/Debit - please note these do incur a surcharge of 1.1% at checkout.

Cash- You are always welcome to pay with cash
Afterpay- is available- Please advise me prior when checking out as afterpay does charge an extra 6% surcharge.
